Before you design your dream tee (or hoodie, or whatever awesome thing you’re cooking up 👕✨), please read these important terms. By placing a custom order, you agree to the following:
1. Size Check — No Takebacks Later!

Please refer to the size chart carefully before placing your order. Check Here

Each product is custom-made just for you, so we can’t offer exchanges, returns, or refunds for incorrect sizes or personal preference changes.
2. Design Finalization Process

Once you’ve submitted the customization form, our team will connect with you via WhatsApp to discuss and finalize your design.

We’ll share a preview/mockup if applicable.

Once the design is approved, it’s considered final — no further edits, additions, or cancellations will be accepted.
3. Payment & Order Confirmation

After design approval, full payment is required to proceed with your order.

Printing and production will begin only after full payment is received.

Customized products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
4. Content & Copyright Responsibility

Please ensure that the images, text, or artwork you provide do not infringe any copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property rights.

By submitting a design, you confirm that you either own the rights to it or have permission to use it.

LOLsome Co. is not responsible for copyright or legal issues arising from customer-submitted designs.
5. Content Restrictions — Keep It Cool 😎
We want to spread fun, not trouble. So, we will not print or design anything that includes:

Obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit material

Hate speech, discrimination, or harassment

Hurtful or defamatory content

Violence, gore, or promotion of harm

Political propaganda or religiously sensitive content

Any text or imagery that goes against LOLsome Co.’s brand values of positivity, creativity, and inclusivity.
If your request violates these, we reserve the right to decline or cancel the design immediately.
6. Production & Delivery

Once your payment is confirmed, our team begins printing your masterpiece.

Please allow 7–10 working days for production. Shipping timelines vary by location, but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Minor variations in print colour, texture, or alignment may occur due to screen differences and printing methods — but rest assured, your product will still be 100% LOLsome.
7. The Legal Stuff

All custom designs made through LOLsome Co. are for personal use only and cannot be resold or reproduced without our written permission.

LOLsome Co. reserves the right to decline any design request that violates copyright, contains offensive or harmful content, or contradicts our brand’s values.
By submitting a custom order, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above terms and conditions.
